The right hardware, specified properly, is the foundation everything else is built on.

The right kit, in the right place, at the right time
Get the scoping & hardware supply stage wrong and every subsequent stage of your project inherits the problem; screens that underperform in their environment, hardware that’s difficult to maintain, or a solution that simply doesn’t do what your business actually needs it to do. Get it right, and your digital signage estate performs reliably for years.
This is where we start every engagement: with a properly considered scoping process, not a sales conversation about which screens we happen to have available.
We work closely with your team — whether that’s Marketing, IT, Operations or Procurement (often all four) — to understand the objectives behind the project before we talk about hardware at all. What is the screen meant to achieve? What environment will it operate in? What’s the viewing distance, the ambient lighting, the footfall pattern? What does it need to integrate with? What are the long-term maintenance and total cost of ownership implications of each option?
From there, we specify hardware that’s right for the brief — not hardware that’s convenient for us to sell. This includes large-format displays, LED walls and transparent LED, self-service kiosks, tablets, point-of-sale displays, e-paper and a wide range of specialist and shaped display formats for more demanding environments.
For IT and Digital teams, proper specification means hardware that integrates cleanly with existing infrastructure, meets your security and network requirements, and doesn’t create a fragmented technology estate that’s difficult to support.
For Procurement, it means transparent, competitive commercial terms — direct manufacturer relationships mean we pass through genuine value rather than inflated margins, and our documentation supports straightforward supplier approval processes.
For Operations, it means hardware chosen for reliability and ease of maintenance in your specific environment, not hardware that looks impressive in a showroom but struggles in the conditions it actually has to operate in.
For Sustainability leads, it means access to bleeding-edge, genuinely energy-efficient display technology. Trackable and reportable.
We work directly with leading manufacturers and distributors from across the world. These direct partnerships give us early access to new technology, manufacturer-level technical support, global supply and commercial terms that we pass directly through to our clients — rather than scoping based on whichever supplier offers us the best margin.
We offer products from Samsung, Sony, Nexnovo and more
How do you decide which hardware is right for our project?
We base hardware specification on the objectives of the project, the physical environment the screens will operate in (lighting, viewing distance, footfall, weather exposure if outdoor), integration requirements with existing systems, and long-term maintenance considerations — not on which products are easiest for us to supply.
What types of digital signage hardware do you supply?
We supply large-format displays, LED walls and transparent/mesh LED, self-service kiosks, tablets and point-of-sale displays, freestanding displays, and a range of shaped and specialist display formats including stretch displays and circular screens.
Can you specify hardware for outdoor or harsh environments?
Yes. We specify weather-resistant and high-brightness hardware suitable for outdoor stadium environments, drive-throughs and exposed locations, ensuring performance and longevity in demanding conditions.
Do you only supply hardware, or do you also handle installation?
Hardware supply is one of our four core services, but it’s most commonly delivered as part of a full end-to-end engagement that includes project management, installation, content and ongoing support. We’re happy to discuss hardware-only engagements where that’s what’s required.
Which hardware manufacturers do you partner with?
We hold direct partnerships with Samsung, Sony, Absen, Allsee, Nexnovo, Ergonomic Solutions, B-Tech, Elo, Epson, MAXHUB, Nexmosphere and BrightSign, among many others — giving us access to the latest technology and competitive commercial terms across a wide range of use cases.
