Project Management & Installation
Whether you’re installing a single screen or coordinating a multi-site estate rollout across dozens of locations, the installation phase is where projects most commonly go wrong — missed timelines, poor communication between vendors, disruption to live operations, and a final result that doesn’t match what was promised at the scoping stage.
We manage this phase end to end, so it doesn’t fall on your team to do it.
Every project is assigned a dedicated project manager who acts as your single point of contact from planning through to go-live. We coordinate directly with your internal teams and any other vendors or contractors involved, build a realistic project timeline, and report against it proactively — you should never find yourself chasing us for a progress update.
Our installation teams are fully accredited, health and safety compliant, and experienced in working within live, operational environments — including busy retail and hospitality sites, stadia environments and healthcare facilities where disruption is simply not an option.
For Operations teams, a properly managed installation means no disruption to trading, no surprises, and a rollout that respects your operational calendar and constraints.
For IT and Digital teams, it means installation work that’s carried out to a professional standard with full documentation, proper cable management and infrastructure integration that won’t create problems further down the line.
For Procurement, it means a clearly defined project scope, milestone-based reporting and a fixed point of accountability if anything falls outside agreed timelines or budget.
For Marketing, it means your launch date is protected — content and campaigns can be planned with confidence around a installation timeline that’s realistic and proactively managed.
We have delivered standout projects for Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club, Black Sheep Coffee, Sodexo and more across the UK, Europe and the US.
We’ve worked with Digital Messaging Company for a number of years now, and they’ve consistently been a reliable and trusted partner.
Their installations and content delivery are always seamless, the process is smooth and efficient, which allows us to focus on delivering and running great stores. Their team understands our needs, delivers on time, and helps us bring our digital vision to life across our stores.
It’s been a great, collaborative relationship that continues to grow as we do. DMC are a great company to work with.

How do you manage installations across multiple sites without disrupting operations? We plan installation schedules around your operational calendar — including trading hours, peak periods and any site-specific access constraints — and assign dedicated project management to coordinate timelines, communication and on-site teams throughout. The goal is always zero disruption to your day-to-day business.
Are your installation teams accredited and compliant?
Yes. Our installation teams are fully accredited and health and safety compliant. We hold, amongst other certifications, an Avetta Safety Star, an independently verified accreditation recognising a perfect year-on-year health and safety performance record.
What happens if something changes during the project?
Our project management approach includes proactive, milestone-based reporting, which means changes in scope, timeline or requirements are identified and communicated early rather than discovered at the point of installation. You will always know where the project stands.
Can you manage installation alongside other vendors or contractors we’re using?
Yes. We regularly coordinate with other vendors, electricians, fit-out contractors and internal teams as part of wider refurbishment or build projects, ensuring digital signage installation is properly sequenced within the broader project.
Do you provide documentation after installation is complete?
Yes. Every installation is supported by full documentation, including commissioning records and operational handover materials, ensuring your team has everything needed to understand and manage the installed estate.
