Digital signage is only as good as the content running on it — and this is where most providers fall short.

Content management and creation
A beautifully installed screen displaying outdated, inconsistent or poorly designed content is worse than no screen at all. It signals neglect rather than investment. And yet content is consistently the part of digital signage projects that gets the least attention from suppliers who specialise in hardware, not communication.
It’s the opposite for us. Content management & Creation is not just an add-on to our services — it is our specialism, and it’s the part of the business our clients most consistently tell us makes the difference.
Our in-house creative team produces content built specifically for the digital signage environment. From day-to-day menu updates and pricing changes through to fully animated marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions and large-scale event content takeovers, we create content designed for the screen, the setting and the moment it needs to land in.
We work within your brand guidelines as standard, and we’re equally comfortable integrating with your existing marketing or creative agencies where that’s the preferred way of working — our content management platform is built to support either approach.
All content is managed through enterprise-grade content management platforms, giving your team full visibility of what’s playing, where, and when — while our content management specialists handle the day-to-day operation so it never becomes a burden on your internal resource.
Our CMS specialists work across Signagelive, Navori, Embed, Tripleplay, Menuzen and Screenfeed, selecting the right platform for your specific use case rather than forcing every client into a single system. Whether you need simple scheduled updates or sophisticated multi-zone, multi-site content orchestration with approval workflows and brand governance controls, our platform expertise covers it.
Best-in-class software
We leverage cutting-edge digital signage software to revolutionise the way you connect with your audience. Our software platforms are secure, robust, scalable tools that allow us to effortlessly create, manage, and schedule dynamic content for your displays, no matter what devices you are using.
Whether you are looking to engage customers in foodservice, enhance workplace communication or elevate your brand presence, our software delivers in whatever use case you require. With intuitive content management, real-time updates, and the ability to tailor messages for specific audiences, our digital signage software empowers you to make a lasting impression.
For Marketers, it means screens that are always on-brand, always current, and capable of running sophisticated scheduled and event-driven campaigns without requiring you to manage the technical execution yourself.
For IT and Digital teams, it means a secure, scalable content management platform that integrates with your existing systems and provides full audit visibility of what’s been published, when and by whom.
For Operations, it means accurate, real-time content — menu changes, pricing, wayfinding and operational messaging — updated centrally without relying on individual sites to manage their own screens.
For Procurement, it means a single content services contract instead of juggling separate creative agencies, CMS licensing and in-house resource.
Working with DMC has been a pleasure from day one. They’re efficient, reliable, and consistently deliver high-quality work.
Their content creation and content management services have been real game-changers for us on matchdays. It takes a huge weight off our shoulders, allowing our team to focus on delivering a great experience while they handle all things digital.
From clear wayfinding and timed promotions (like early bird offers), to full-scale content takeovers for major events like the Rugby World Cup and the Euros, their work has made a tangible impact on our sales and marketing ops across the stadium.

What’s the difference between content creation and content management?
Content creation is the design and production of the visual content itself — graphics, animations, video and campaign assets built specifically for digital signage. Content management is the ongoing operational process of scheduling, publishing, updating and monitoring that content across your screen estate. We provide both as an integrated service, or independently if you already have creative resource in-house.
Which content management systems do you work with?
We work across Signagelive, Embed Signage, Tripleplay, Menuzen and Screenfeed, selecting the platform best suited to your specific requirements rather than defaulting to a single system for every client.
Can you manage content updates in real time across multiple sites?
Yes. Our content management platforms support near real-time updates across single or multiple sites simultaneously, with centralised scheduling and full visibility for your team of what’s live on every screen.
Do we need our own creative team, or can you handle content creation entirely?
Either approach works. Many clients use our in-house creative team for all content production. Others have existing creative or marketing agencies and use our content management service purely for scheduling, publishing and platform management. We’re built to support both models.
How do you handle large-scale event content, like major sporting events?
We plan and build event-specific content packages in advance — including scheduled takeovers, daypart-specific messaging and rapid-turnaround updates — and deploy them automatically across the estate, ensuring screens perform exactly as needed during high-profile, high-pressure live events.
